Privacy Policy

MonMon, operated by RasenAI Inc. (the “Company”), collects the following personal data to provide the Service:

• authentication data obtained via Firebase Authentication (email address, display name);
• declaration data and identity documents for antisocial-forces screening (corporations / sole proprietors only);
• age-verification data (self-declaration of being 18 or older);
• information you enter when sending quote requests or posting reviews;
• IP address, user agent, and access logs during use of the Service.

We use collected personal data for the following purposes:

• identity verification, age verification, and antisocial-forces screening;
• matching quote requests with studios and delivering quotes;
• publishing reviews and word-of-mouth posts;
• improving service quality and detecting misuse;
• responding to violations of law or the Terms of Service.

We do not provide personal data to third parties except:

• with your consent (e.g. sharing information with the destination studio when you send a quote request);
• where disclosure is required by law;
• where we entrust processing to subcontractors (cloud hosting, payment processing, etc.).

Due to restrictions under Japan’s Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual (the “My Number Act”), the Company never collects a My Number (Individual Number). For identity documents submitted when claiming a studio, if a My Number Card is used we accept only the front side and never the back side (which bears the My Number).

The Service uses the following third-party services. Please also review each service’s own privacy policy.

• Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, GCS)
• Firebase Authentication, Firebase Cloud Messaging
• Stripe (payment processing)
• Amazon SES (email delivery)
• Google Places API, Google Vision API (studio information, content moderation)

We retain personal data while you use the Service and for five years after you stop using it. Where a statutory retention period applies, we follow it.

You may request disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of use of your personal data. Please direct requests to the contact below.
