Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of the tattoo studio directory service “MonMon” (the “Service”) provided by RasenAI Inc. (the “Company”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service aggregates and lists information about tattoo studios and artists in Japan and lets users search, compare, and contact studios. Listing information reflects what we obtained at the time of collection; we do not guarantee that it is current or accurate. You are responsible for confirming details directly with the studio.

Some features (posting reviews, sending quote requests, claiming a studio, etc.) require an account. Registration requires a declaration of no affiliation with organized crime or other antisocial forces, and age verification (18 or older).

You must not:

• register false information;
• use another person's account without authorization;
• scrape information obtained from the Service for commercial purposes;
• use the Service for dealings with antisocial forces;
• engage in any other conduct the Company deems inappropriate.

Studio members are billed monthly when an actual visit (a Conversion) results from a quote request, or under their contracted plan. Pricing plan details are provided separately.

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Service’s content (UI, logos, operator-authored text, etc.) belong to the Company or the respective rights holders. Rights in user-submitted content (reviews, photos, etc.) belong to the contributor, but you grant the Company a non-exclusive license to display it on the Service.

The Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of information posted on the Service. The Company bears no responsibility for disputes arising between users and studios.

The Company may amend these Terms as needed. Amended Terms take effect when posted on the Service.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive agreed jurisdiction over disputes relating to the Service.
